Perched on Queenstown Hill this luxurious home has magnificent panoramic views, an outdoor spa pool and everything you need for a great getaway. Packed with lots of extras including bikes, golf clubs, a ski drying cupboard, internal lift, and separate media room with Smart TV, DVDs, reclining leather couches and games for the kids. Queenscliff is a large multi-level home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and features two separate lounge areas – perfect for families and friends wanting space to spread out and providing privacy and luxury for all guests. Bedroom Configuration: The master bedroom has a king bed, private balcony and outstanding lake views. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and lake views. Bedroom 3 (with lake views) and Bedroom 4 each have king split beds, which can be configured as 1x king or 2x single beds per room, which gives excellent flexibility for different group dynamics. Please state your preferred setup when booking.

This prestigious Queenstown Hill address offers the best of both worlds; guests are just a 15 minute walk down to central Queenstown, while enjoying a peaceful alpine retreat in a quiet neighbourhood. Its elevated position over town boasts incredible panoramic views of Bayonet Peak, Cecil Peak, Walter Peak, the Queenstown Golf Club, the Queenstown Gardens and Lake Wakatipu. Just a few doors away from Queenscliff is the start of the highly recommended Queenstown Hill walking track, which offers truly breathtaking views. Guests are welcome to use the rucksacks and chilly bins for adventures or picnics by the lake. Two bikes are also provided, which are great for the Frankton Track nearby, a beautiful lakefront trail.
