Antique Apartments reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest's credit card for the amount of the first night's stay. This amount can be used to cover the costs of repairing possible damage.
The pre-authorization is released after checking the apartment and is unblocked on the guest's credit card within 7 days of check-out.
Please note that Antique Apartments are located in a quiet, residential area and as such is not suitable for parties.
