House is located in Grzechynia, Sucha Beskidzka district in Małopolska voivodeship, in a secluded place, at the edge of the forest, w ustronnym miejscu, na skraju lasu, by a mountain stream. The building is surrounded by a garden with old trees and a pond. Inside, on the ground floor, there is a living room with a fireplace, a toilet, a living room, a spacious kitchen with equipment (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc.). In the basement, there is a sauna with a shower cubicle, a laundry room and a playroom with billiards. Additionally, there is a utility terrace outside with a brick fireplace and barbecue. In the attic, there are 3 independent double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Possibility of accommodation for 2 additional people in a restroom on a fold-out sofa, and, if possible, it is also possible to sleep on mattresses and wooden benches for more people. There is an independent wooden gazebo in the garden, right above the Grzechynka stream that crosses the garden. There is no telephone coverage on-site, but there is no problem with WI-FI coverage, which works flawlessly. You can easily work remotely from this place.
