It should be spelt out clearly that one will be located in a room not overlooking bay when one tries to make reservation and that their price reflects that. Subsequently we did not have an issue paying an excess agreed with the hotel beforehand.

I loved the location, it's right next to the Estoril train station so perfect if you're coming from Lisbon and to the beach. There is a bit of a climb to get to the hotel. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was a bit basic, but had everything I like so I had no problem with that. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by my stay and would definitely recommend this place.

The room was large and very comfortable. The sofa bed for my son was set up for him upon our arrival. He said that it was the most comfortable sofa bed that he had ever slept on. The staff were very helpful and flexible with any question or request that we had. We were impressed with their customer service. The breakfast was very good and had plenty of vegetarian options.
