Property information

Each house has 3 suites and 1 bedroom/living room (7 single beds, and 1 king size bed, for 8 people), huge living room, kitchen with all one may need (cooker, oven, grilling plate, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher), and service WC. Shared areas for both of the houses are: swimming pool (not heated - with open coverage), entrance hall, huge exterior patio with tables and chairs, 1st-floor sunny terrace with an amazing view, and a 4 car garage. Please notice that the swimming pool isn't heated. If you would like cleaning and change of towels and linens in the middle of your stay, we can arrange it for an extra cost. So if you're interested, please let us know! These are self-catering houses. The house heating is available from November to February. There's no AC or fans in the house. Visitors are only allowed with host permission. So if you're planning to invite someone to the apartment, please let us know. Please remember, we will do everything for you to feel at home in our house, in exchange we just ask you to be respectful of the guests next door and to take care of it as it was your own.

Neighbourhood information

We all know that feeling of a fun, crowded place. The noise, the heat and the loud music makes us feel alive but, as we walk outside to feel the breeze and take a couple of deep, clean breaths to rest our heads and body, we feel calm and we feel relieved. That feeling of relief and that space to breath is how we could describe Campanhã compared to central Porto, because we almost feel like we are in an intimate village which at the same time has tones of stuff to do and nice places to be at. This house is placed in one of the many calm and narrow streets of the city, where everyone knows each other and will almost surly complement you with a genuine smile and will make you feel welcomed. Now forgetting about its surroundings let´s talk about the house it self. It will welcome you with its hand painted yellowish tiles and its enormousness compared to the rest of the houses. It´s said that you can´t judge a book by its cover, but every rule has an exception, and this house is that exception so you will not be disappointed when you walk through the door, with it´s stunning living room, patio, spacey rooms, swimming pool and terrace with a stunning Eastern Porto, and Douro river view.
