We were walking the Fisherman's Trail and arrived before check in time. We rang the door bell and Sophie answered. We were able to leave our backpacks while we explored the town. The facilities are wonderful. It is very clean, new and comfortable, and included a fan and small refrigerator in our room. There is a lovely sitting room where coffee and fruit were available. Sophie checked us in and gave us good advice about where to eat. Following her advice we had an excellent meal at the Taverna Largo, which cooked fish and meat on a BBQ grill, less than ten minutes walk from the property. Also a short distance is a good supermarket which even has washing and drying machines in the parking lot......I'm guessing it's a Portuguese thing, but really smart.

The guesthouse atmosphere was really nice and the staff and the owner really friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The location is great. We had the room with a private bathroom but even if you do not take this one, each the other rooms has a dedicated shower (outside the room).

This is a really lovely property in an interestingly historic town. We had a warm welcome from our host and our bikes were stored securely in the courtyard. There are lovely touches like coffee, tea and fruit available at all times and a relaxed communal area for reading, snacking or chatting. The whole place is perfectly clean and the bed was very comfortable.

We had a really nice stay at Guesthouse Releash! We liked the easy checkin and checkout, the talks and recommendations with the friedly couple running the place, and the possibility to rent surfboards and wetsuits. A lot good Restaurants were in walking distance and there was free coffee and fruits in the guesthouse. We defenitely are coming back to that place again!

Very comfortable experience, and the hosts were very hospitable. Excellent location and the rooms + place were tastefully decorated. The hosts were very helpful as well. Nice beaches and locations are easily accessible by car or bus public transport.
