Very bright and renovated apartment perfectly located next to Cedofeita and Boavista area. You can come directly from the airport as metro stop (Lapa) is 200 meters away. Supermarket and bakeries next to us. Historical city center at a short walking distance as well as monuments, restaurants, etc. Fast internet (optical fiber) with Wifi, equipped kitchen, A/C, two comfortable double beds, two bathrooms and sunny balcony. Perfect for families and all city lovers who want to explore Porto. Very comfortable and new apartment suitable for max. 4 guests, with: * Two double beds in the two bedrooms (1,60m x 1,90m) with large wardrobes * Fully equipped kitchen with: toaster, coffee machine, dish-washer, large fridge with freezer, stove, oven, immersion blender, kettle and microwave * Laundry area with washing machine, hanger, iron and iron board * Eating area: in the living room * Reading / Relaxing area in our balcony * Free fast wireless internet (100 Mbps) - router is accessible to LAN connections * LCD TV with cable television with national and international channels * Two bathrooms with a good shower * Hairdryer * Amenities * Sheets and towels * Air conditioning * Elevator

This apartment is situated in Boavista area – the new city center of Porto, close to many attractions. From here you can easily reach: * supermarket in our building and a bigger one 500 meters away * good restaurants and bakeries around the building * metro station (Lapa) 200 meters away * city bus stop and touristic bus stop around the house (to city center, beach/river, other destinations) * river Douro (Ribeira area) and D. Luis bridge at 2,2km away (25 min. walking distance) * beach/sea at 6,5 km away from here (ideal for swimming, lying on the sun, esplanades, surfing, walking, …) * Clérigos tower at 1,7 km (20 min.) * Casa da Música and Boavista are at 1 km away * big shopping center (with famous and good brands) at 10 min. distance and traditional commerce at 450 meters * Porto airport at 14 km away (you have direct connection with the metro from there to our apartment or we can provide you a direct transfer) If you come by car, you also easily reach our apartment.
