The apartment is located in a new building (2022) so all the facilities are very modern. The apartment is on the second floor (top floor with only 4 apartments). You can access the apartment with the elevator through the ground floor or -1 (underground parking). The building is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood 10 min from the city center (hospitals and universities are close by). The apartment has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Ideal for couples or families with babies (crib and chair available upon request). The apartment has a free underground parking a nice balcony with a view to the backyard so it is very quiet to seat and relax in the evening or have a coffee in the morning. There is also an air conditioning and heating system (hot and cold air) in all the rooms. Blackout electric blinds and double glass for more isolation. In the neighborhood, you can find cafes, supermarkets, and different stores. The bus stop is right at the corner. During the day you can stroll through the city and during the night you can relax and sleep peacefully without the city noise.
