Wyn Villa is owner built with an ecologically friendly solar system for power. It is only 150m from the beautiful Anse La Blague beach on Praslin. It is very quiet and friendly family area and the villa is ideal for couples and families offering plenty of flexibility and space for a special holiday in your luxurious home away from home. The villa is fully equipped with everything you would need for a perfect holiday with satellite TV, Air conditioning, Wifi, double showers in each bathroom, a huge spa in the master en suite, gas cook top, laundry, 2 king bedrooms with en suite and the 3rd bedroom is queen size. The environment is stunning with lush greenery and mountains behind the villa and the famous white sand and aqua blue waters of Seychelles very close by.

I am a marine engineer by trade and Wyn Villa is the second house I have built in Seychelles. I am very environmentally conscious and wanted to build a house without having a negative impact on the local area. This area of Praslin has been in my family for many decades and is my favorite beach that I grew up on. I love bringing family and friends to this special spot.

This area is a quiet neighborhood with a number of families living in the area. The blocks are large so you will barely notice the neighbors. Very close by is the beautiful Anse La Blague beach. Many activities can be organised for you on your stay. For example, Water activities like: boat safari tours, snorkeling in the best spots, kayaking, diving and fishing trips; drive tours can also be organised or you can use the car provided with the villa to self-drive around the island.
