We are pleased that we can offer you pleasant staying in the house in the middle of the old village centre. First owner from the house, 100 years ago, was Mr. Martin, who had knitting craft at the current location. We decided to named apartment after first house owner. We wish that guests get a feeling that house Pr Martin becomes just your dream house for the time of vacation. That is why we are inviting you that you afford it and enjoy it.
Begunje are historically known by the Castle Ketzenstein, currently Psychiatric hospitals Begunje, by the legend of folk music Slavko Avsenik. On both sightseeing there is a museum which can be visit from Tuesday till Sunday. At the beginning of valley Draga you can see and visit Kamen Castle, continue to direction Restaurant Draga there is a starting point for some mountain tours: Mt. Planinca 1h15min , Mt. Poljška 1h30min, Mt. Preval 1h30min, Roblek home on Begunjščica 3h, Mt. Begunjščica 4h20min. From starting point Begunje you can go to hill St. Peter, 30-40min, where is small church and you have a great view on Begunje and Radovljica area. For shorter walks you can decide for one of Thematics routs with starting point Begunje centre and they will bring you to all famous points in town.
