The apartment is located within the gated and secure yacht marina area, in the modern "Amfora" commercial-residential building, built in 2004. The location is truly exceptional—just a few minutes' walk from the picturesque center of Izola and only steps away from beaches and popular cafes. The apartment, suitable for comfortable stays of up to 6 people, offers four spacious bedrooms, a large and fully equipped kitchen, a bright living area, and two elegant bathrooms with showers. In addition to its interior design, the apartment captivates with a stunning panoramic view of the Gulf of Trieste and Izola's charming skyline—a view that will delight everyone and create unforgettable holiday memories. For comfort in every season, the apartment is equipped with modern convectors for central cooling and heating. It is fully furnished with everything you need for a carefree stay: soft towels, bed linens, all necessary kitchen utensils, high-speed Wi-Fi, and cable TV with 150 channels in various languages. Upon your arrival, we will personally greet you at the entrance to the marina's gated area. Please notify us in advance of your expected arrival time. For your convenience, two free parking spaces are available within the marina, just a few minutes' walk from the apartment.
