Newly Renovated... Spectacular Island Getaway in Maho.
Looking to enjoy your best vacation ever? Welcome to St Maarten and La Terrasse; offering private living in a hotel setting.
You check in at the front desk, just like a hotel, where you collect your key cards along with your beach towels. The warm and friendly staff will also provide you with all the information you need to enjoy the complex and this spectacular Island.
One of the three elevators will take you directly to the unit, pool, gardens, pool bar and Jacuzzi. The laundry room, grocery store and the underground garage are all conveniently located within the complex. There is 24-hour security at La Terrasse.
Once in the unit you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, the manicured gardens and pool. The condo is fully furnished and equipped with all the amenities of home. The living room has a queen size sofa bed, comfy recliner, 65” flat screen TV, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and oven. The bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV and plenty of storage. The living room and bedroom have separate air conditioning systems for added comfort. The large balcony is equipped with a table and 4 chairs as well as an oversized lounge chair.

We poured our hearts and souls into making this unit our home away from home, and we want to share that experience with you. When we are not in Sint Maarten, we live in Cape Coral, Florida. We love to go out on the boat and soak up the rays whenever possible. Sunshine and Sea = liquid therapy.
You can spend the day at one of the three beautiful beaches just steps away. From your private balcony, you have amazing views of the Caribbean Sea. Gourmet restaurants within walking distance include JAX Steakhouse, Moulin Fou (French), ROMA (Italian), and Mr. Chow (Asian). Casual dining is in abundance with 3 Amigos (Mexican), and Burger Bar, and Driftwood (our favorite dive on the beach). Royale Casino is footsteps away from the resort. Maho Market has all your needs for grocery, spirits, additional toiletries, and sundries.
Known for its dual culture, glorious beaches and tax-free shopping, St. Maarten is the perfect destination for a tropical island getaway. This unique Island of 37 square miles and 36 beaches is divided in two separate distinct countries; French and Dutch and has the best of both worlds. With breathtaking vistas, rolling hills, gorgeous beaches, amazing gourmet dining, water sports and much more St Maarten has so much to offer. You can choose to just relax on the beach, read a book, go golfing, snorkeling or simply take in the spectacular site of airplanes on approach to Princess Juliana Airport.
