Beautiful and luxurious sea view villa with 3 king bedrooms. On the ground floor, this Samui villa has off road parking for 2/3 cars, to the rear and at the front is a good size pool with plenty of areas to relax including a covered outdoor living area with a built-in bar and kitchen. There is also a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the next floor, accessed by external stairs, there's a large terrace wth dining table and chairs a great place to eat or relax in the shade. Inside is an open plan fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area along with a guest wc. The internal stairs take you up to the two further bedrooms, the master is to the front with plenty of wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with shower. The other bedroom is to the rear with a small balcony and ensuite bathroom. The living room, kitchen and bedrooms have air conditioning units and fans in all rooms. This Samui property is well furnished throughout and is an ideal choice for your next Samui holiday.
