New apartments on Maikao Beach, 10 minutes walk to Maikao Beach. Ideal location for those who love secluded wild beaches, but at the same time want to use good infrastructure. Utilities are paid additionally according to meters: Electricity 7 THB / kW Water 50 baht / m3. We will take photos of the meter readings on the day of your arrival and departure. Security deposit 300 USD. It will be returned in full on the day of departure.
