Located in Ko Yao Yai, Koh Yao Beach Front has a terrace and free WiFi. All rooms include a balcony. The private bathroom is equipped with a bath or shower and free toiletries. The location on the beach is wonderful, provided of course you’re going to just relax in the sun. There isn’t much else around. The breakfast was way better than expected. I loved the pancakes. It’s a good deal to eat there in the morning before your day.
Offering a restaurant, Heimat Gardens is located in Ko Yao Yai, Phang-Nga. Great place. Extremely luxurious for the price. The bed was huge and comfortable. Everything was very clean and the staff were very helpful.

Located in Loh Pared Beach, Santhiya Koh Yao Yai Resort & Spa offers cozy accommodations. It features an outdoor pool and a variety of restaurants. Free WiFi is provided in the entire property. Despite a few expected language barriers, the staff always went the extra mile and provided excellent service. Beautiful scenery in a stunning location with an amazing villa and private pool. The spa was excellent despite being a little pricey. Food was very good at all of the restaurants. Three of the restaurants offered buffets with very limited a-la-carte options. The fourth restaurant had an excellent and comprehensive menu, but was a little more expensive in comparison to the other three restaurants. Theme nights were good fun. The shuttle boat service was well run and very safe and efficient.
Backpack Hostel Kohyaoyai is offering accommodations in Ko Yao Yai. Free WiFi is available. Patong Beach is 22 miles from the guesthouse. Meen is very very helpful and took good care of me and my friend, he gave us a ride to the beach and to the pier, which I did not expect at all. Since everything closed quite early in this island and I have no license, Meen would get us food from restaurants that are far away. Super nice owner, the place is very clean, I would say 15 minute walk to the beach, totally recommend for backpackers.
Located close to the beach in Yao Yai Island, Koh Yao Yai Hillside Resort is just a 20-minute from Klonghia Pier. Fabulous property... I had booked ocean view pool villa for 3 days. That was the beginning of my Honeymoon. I am very happy to say that I was proud of my choice. The private pool & the view from the room is just fantastic. I must stay at property. Will definitely love to stay again

Located in Ko Yao Noi, Awana Villa Resort Yaonoi features water sports facilities, free bikes and free WiFi. A hot tub and a bicycle rental service are available for guests. Everything about this small elegant resort property was done with the exquisite vision of an amazing architect and interior decorator and superb attention to detail. The setting was tranquil. The elements of nature and human improvement blended perfectly. The architecture and interior decor of the villas was breathtaking. The quality of the mattress and linens superb! The landscaping was peaceful. The staff was highly qualified and attentive. Bravo! What a great experience at an affordable price!
Providing barbecue facilities, Treehouse-Holidays provides accommodations in Ko Yao Noi. There's also a kitchenette in some of the units equipped with a fridge and a stovetop. The treehouses are built in harmony with nature. All of them are decorated individually. I really liked the creative design of the houses and their rooms, especially the bathrooms. Some of the houses have balconies with a hammock. But I just fastened my hammock to two of the many trees surrounding the treehouses. It's a really quite place - perfect to unwind and to wake up or fall asleep to the sound of nature. The beach, a grocery store, a massage place and a few restaurants are in walking distance - if you like walking in the heat ;-) - but it's more convenient to rent a motor bike to get around and explore the island. The staff is super friendly and really attentive. They give you lots of information about what to do, how to get there, where to eat; they help you renting a motorbike and to book tours eg. to visit the karst islands for a day of swimming, snorkeling and just relaxing. There is also a roofed open air space for practising yoga. I really loved the place!
This is a very sweet spot, filled with lovely locals. Definitely rent a motorbike and explore the island. Be mindful of the tides because often the beach is more of a mud pit. That being said, when the tide is high it's breath taking.
The island is small and secluded, very few hotels on it but still it is great to get away from the fuss of the city. Amazing beached and heavenly views Everything was quite expensive comparing to phuket
It wasn’t packed with tourists. The Ko Yao Yai resort is stunningly luxurious and very relaxing. The island is beautiful, but snorkeling can only be done with a boat trip to a neighboring island. The beaches are too shallow at the island itself. Scooters can be rented all over the place and there are lots of beaches where you will be the only one there. Very friendly island population too!
Loved our stay at this beautiful resort. Upon arrival we didn't love that our room was so far from lobby, pools etc but the wooden carts ran frequently and it was much easier than we thought it would be.
Great authentic island. Loved that it’s not touristy! Nice local restaurants. Not great for beaches. It’s a Muslim island- the muazin woke us at 5:30 am daily. Not my ideal alarm wake up call or hour.
Nothing to do st Yao Yai with mediocre beaches. Need to travel to see other beaches so may have well staying on Phuket and did day trips rather than spending a fortune on ferry rides and taxis to get to a poor beach resort. Bad food around. Bad shopping and convenience stores

The view from our room was unreal. We sat in the pool for hours just staring at it. Very clean. The bathroom with jacuzzi bath was gorgeous. So we'll designed. Also the toiletries were very good quality. Felt like being in a spa. Scooter hire from the hotel was very easy and worth the money. They also organised our speedboat to the next resort and transfers. The staff were really nice and when we arrived we were given an ice cold towel and refreshing fresh drink.

The staff was so nice. Whatever we needed they were on top of it. The food was delicious & cheap and the rooms were very clean and very very little bugs if any at all. Really recommend this place my sister and I loved it. Rent the motorcycles to explore the island, just do it, it is the perfect location! I can’t wait to come back to Thiwson my next time coming to thailand, this is one hotel I will truly remember.

Meen, the owner of this hostel, his hospitality is unmatched. My stay was so great because of how helpful Meen was I extended my stay by one night. He personally showed me around Koh Yao Noi, the adjacent island, and it was a splendid tour. The area is great and filled with cheap local food, and Meen has scooter bikes readily available to explore the island. Can not give him and his establishment higher praise!

Great location. A block from the beach. Lots of restaurants and cute little restaurants. We walked over to the Santhiya Resort along the beach and used there pool. It’s not technically allowed but no one questions you. The hotel staff are very nice but do not speak English which was fine we had all we needed. Good place for an excellent price. Make sure to rent motor bikes and go explore the remote beaches!

Location is good. Ko Yo Yai is a very untouristic raw island in Thailand were the people are authentic. We hired a motorbike at the pier to get at the hotel. At the hotel they can arrange a motorbike for you as well. We got welcomed very nice with fruit, never in 3 weeks had that in Thailand, and got welcomed in a very nice cottage which was very clean. The personal is very very friendly.

Great stay with clean and modern rooms. The bed was huge and the sheets were super comfortable. The owner is very sweet and a great cook. She even helps you plan a private four island tour with lunch prepared by her. You can also rent a scooter for a good price and she’ll recommend places to go and not to go. Where the tide is high and low and the best spot for sunrise and sunset.

Hidden gem with very authentic, clean and comfortable bungalows right on the beach with beautiful sunrise views. Amazing breakfast included, they help you with everything needed. I forgot my passport in the bungalow and someone even brought it after me to the next island by boat, I can’t be thankful enough for them. Be sure to stay here when in Ko Yao Yai!

Nice quiet hotel/homestay very near to one of the villages that offers everything from supermarkets, restaurant and ATM. The room was very spacious and clean. The owner speaks German and even a little Italian which was very interesting. Good value for money only because accomodation prices on islands are always much higher.

Hotel beach and infinity pool and food in the restaurant along with the rooms cleaned twice a day and grounds and staff are very nice 👍👍👍👍👍. Transfers are easy between Phuket and Koh Yao Yai village and airport either through hotel or turning up at the pier and booking yourself

Quite nice place. Nice pool, which is a necesity since there are only few locations you can go swimming in the sea on whole Ko Yao Yai island regardless the tides. They obviously listened to hints here about breakfasts because those were perfect and rich in variety of food.

The staff was very helpful and friendly the entire stay. There is breakfast included in the stay, which is really convenient given the layout of the island. Felt a little more authentic than staying in a resort, but still had hotel convenience.

Santhiya and Koh Yao Yai is a hidden gem. The resort, it's facilities, the villa, the staff as well as the food are superb. We feel so rested and happy that we intend to return with our kids in the future.
