I live nearby and am at the space most days, so I’m always happy to help with local tips, creative advice, or anything else you might need. I love connecting with guests, sharing stories, and making sure everyone feels right at home here in Chiang Mai.

Each room has its own character, with curated art, cozy lighting, and thoughtful touches that reflect the creativity, and colourful design. Guests have access to shared creative spaces, a rooftop lounge with city views, and a peaceful environment perfect for relaxing or working. We're always happy to share local tips, help with ideas, or simply connect over a coffee. Whether you're here to rest, create, or explore, we aim to make you feel at home and part of the community.

Neighborhood info

Our space is located on Huay Kaew Road in a lively, creative part of Chiang Mai. Right next door is a large art supply store and two popular scooter rental shops, making it easy to get inspired and get around. Just across the street is the Santhitham neighborhood, known for its great local food, cafes, and massage spots. The trendy Nimman area is a short walk away, full of coffee shops, boutique stores, and bars, while the Old Town with its temples, markets, and nightlife is only a few minutes by bike or tuk-tuk or even walking. It’s an ideal spot for guests who want to explore, relax, or connect with the local creative scene.
