I personally wouldn't stay again because I did 3 weeks straight there, so I would love to stay in another part of Zanzibar but I would recommend Cinnamon hotel to all as overall I enjoyed my time and it was a comfortable stay in Jambiani.

If you like large good value for money hotels and you are...
If you like large good value for money hotels and you are looking for all inclusive then this is for you. I opted for this hotel for the safari option and for that reason it was well worth it. Book local hire taxis and next time I would stay at a smaller hotel not catering for the masses, but that’s my fault for not researching it more. Although it is far from the airport, being on the south side of the Island, this hotel is located very conveniently. There is a turtle cave, a swimming cave and dolphin viewing within 15 minutes drive from the hotel. The AC in our room was not working properly on our first night, but by the time we returned from our outing the next afternoon, she had had the entire unit replaced with a brand new one! The pool is refreshing on a hot day, and the upper levels of the restaurant and pool deck have sweet views and awesome winds. Everything was very clean and overall has a nice boutique/homey feel. If you're a kitesurfer, there's a rental place&school literally next door on the beach

This small guesthouse is run by a local family, and the host is super friendly and helpful. The location in Jambiani is very nice, and it's just a few steps away (2nd row) from a gorgeous beach with amazing sunrises. The breakfast was perfect, and the room was spacious. There is a great restaurant (Jiwe's Swahili Kitchen) just around the corner, and small shops very close by too.

The rooms are very nice, and modern but still have a hint on Zanzibar in them. The food is amazing. The bao buns are to die for and I ordered them everyday. Also try the duck dumplings a strong favourite. Staff are great and will help you with anything you need. Nicole is fantastic and will get things done for you. We will be coming back.
