The beautifully landscaped lawn, complete with palm trees, transports you to the tropics, while breathtaking ocean and canal views await in the great room. Extra amenities to enjoy include central air-conditioning, four Roku-equipped TVs for streaming your favorite channels (no cable), an outdoor shower, ceiling fans, complimentary internet access, a screened porch, and brand-new multi-level open decks. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
