This renovated  3 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront townhouse condominium is the perfect beach vacation getaway.  Nestled in on the south end of south fletcher, quiet and conveniently located to shopping and some great bike paths of the island.  Spacious, the townhome features multi-level living allowing everyone to explore their own special part of the condominium.   The main level has an oceanfront view allowing you to walk out on the covered porch and take in and enjoy the salty ocean air.  The kitchen has been completely renovated with stainless steel appliances.  While you are entertaining in the kitchen you too still have a view of the ocean. The second level features a master bedroom that is oceanfront with a private balcony.  Perfect to watch the sunrise and sunset, by far the best view of the condo.  Master Bedroom has a king bed with a private ensuite bath.  Also located on this level is an additional bedroom with a King bed that is located street side and a guest bath. Travel to the third level you will find 3rd bedroom which has an ocean view with the bedding of a King and 2 twins.   The condo has 4 TVs that are located in Living Room, Master Bedroom, Guest bedroom, and 3rd Level Bedroom for your enjoyment.  If needing to conduct business or stream, WIFI is provided.  Note: The condo is equipped with a Ring Door Bell at the Front Door No Bathroom is available on the main level There is a small swimming pool on the front side of the complex Charcoal and Gas Grilling is Prohibited on the property!
