OC was just named The BEST BEACH in the entire NORTHEAST 2023! Located in the highly desirable Southend, you can Experience comfortable chic luxury at its best. 4 Smart TVs, BBQ, outdoor cabana and spacious double wide great room - it’s perfect for family gatherings, with its direct unique mid-block access to the ocean. All on 1 floor with a ramp, it makes it east breezy to get around. Bring your pets, they are welcome too!
I’ve been in the hospitality & music industries for over 30 years. From getting artists played on the radio to creating music festivals & wellness retreats. Now my children & I co-created The Malibu Retreat magical spaces where we host productions, gatherings & special guests (as well as our Shabby Chic NJ beach house). We live in California, so we are not usually physically at the beach house. We are available by phone & text if guests need extra help.
Ocean City NJ is a very family friendly town. It's technically a "dry" town which means there are no bars! You can bring alcohol into OC, but you won't find partying spring break type activities. We have great shopping, a wonderful boardwalk and beautiful beaches. Car, trolley to boardwalk, bike rentals close by
