Common Concerns: *Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins require a 4 wheel drive under normal weather conditions. *Well Water: Most of our cabins are on well water. Well water here in the Smoky Mountains sometimes has a different feel to it and often times a slight sulfur smell and often times has a brown color. Well water is safe to drink and to use for bathing and to cook with. We do have water systems on any cabins that have these issues, but keep in mind, it may smell and feel different than what you are used to. Also, some of our wells take time to recoup themselves after a lot of water has been used. This is a common problem in this area and there are times you may have to use water sparingly or wait for the water pressure to rebuild. *TV & WiFi: We do have TV's and WiFi in most all of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem. *Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble, we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt or approach any wildlife. This is their home and we are the visitors. A local tax of 3% applied to the rent will be collected at the property.

This condo is roughly three times the size of most suites at local area hotels. Also stores a twin cot for extra sleeping. The condo is furnished and decorated in a modern, mountain lodge theme, and it is located in the heart of Pigeon Forge. The bedrooms are quite spacious, they offer flat screen TV's, and plenty of storage and even a multi arcade game table for indoor activity. The master bathroom offers a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity sinks. The second bathroom offers a shower/tub combo. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and updated appliances. There is a dining area for 4 and bar seating for 2. The living room offers ample seating and an electric Fireplace with a large flat screen television. This condo also includes a washer/dryer and a private balcony with incredible views! The resort offers several amenities, such as pool access (indoor & outdoor), hot tub, game room, and work out room. This condo is the perfect location for easy access for Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, especially during the busy seasons and car shows.
