Enjoy our little slice of paradise in our beautiful, stylish, botantical, southern exposure pool and canal home! Lush tropical mature meticulously maintained landscaping, our home is a unique experience on the water. Since our home has direct gulf access, in under 10 min to the river and off to any place in the world! Since Cape Coral has over 400 miles of canals, more than any other city in the world, there's so much to explore and experience whether in the canals or the Gulf of Mexico.
I am a geographer by education and a software engineer by trade. I love the high desert for its biodiversity and the sense of peacefulness it offers. My passion is to embrace literary and musical inspiration while connecting with the wild elements of nature. I'm eager to explore ideas that enhance the intersection between nature and art. Locals and visitors have been enjoying the waterfront amenities of the Yacht Club Community Park since it opened in 1962. As one of Cape Coral's most historical sites, the Yacht Club serves as the foundation for celebrations and community events and has been a retreat for sunseekers and boat lovers for almost 60 years. Cape Coral has over 400 miles of canals, More than any other city in the world. Most of the canals are navigable and some like this property have access to the Gulf of Mexico. Cape Coral is a peninsula surrounded with the waters of the Gulf of Mexico and Caloosahatchee River on the cost of Florida also a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico on West coast Atlantic Ocean on its East coast and Caribbean Sea on the South shores. Our driveway can fit up to 4 typically sized cars.
