Loved the fantastic breakfast, loved having coffee all day, happy hour every afternoon walking distance to harbor and pier and State Street. The actual rooms have a very retro motel vibe but are spacious and comfortable. Shutters on the window were great for privacy which is needed with the way the motel style walkway is set up.
