As you enter this air-conditioned retreat, you will discover 1,500 square feet of living space with a spacious living room, a dining area, and an eat-in kitchen with a fully enclosed sunroom. Spend tranquil and entertaining evenings in the living room streaming your favorite series and movies on the smart TV or playing board games with the family. The well-appointed kitchen has all the essentials to prepare culinary masterpieces for the group. The primary suite features a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
