We visit relatives in Diamond Bar. It offers nice playgrounds and hiking areas . Close to other cities for shopping and activities. Would not recommend Best Western until they finish major room renovations !

They tried to keep our deposit for extensive cleaning. Eventhough I cleaned the room myself and they said it was because they had to vaccum the carpet. Location is great and staff very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Poor water pressure and TV was not plugged in for some reason, a minor inconvenience. Current Pandemic situation has caused limited access to some features. Overall a fair to good visit with potential to be excellent.
