Enjoy a beautiful deck shaded by mature trees, where you can breathe in the fragrant forest air and soak in the hot tub overlooking the woods each evening. This two-story cabin is the perfect place to disconnect, tucked into the forest about four miles south of small-town Cazadero. Yet you'll also be in a wonderful position to explore, with the Russian River easily accessible in both Monte Rio (seven miles) and Guerneville (11 miles). Go wine tasting, hike the Pomo Canyon Trail (11 miles), and take scenic drives out to Jenner on the rugged ocean coast (10 miles). Stepping into this home is like stepping back in time, thanks to the classic furnishings, cozy fireplace, and richly hued wood at every turn. Natural light streams in through large windows and a lofty skylight, creating a wonderful spot to read, play board games, and watch movies on DVD and streaming services. Enjoy a charming kitchen with every essential, a dining space lined with windows, and doors that lead outside to the deck among the trees. Take afternoon naps in the hammock, prepare alfresco dinners on the gas grill, and linger outdoors to listen to the sounds of the forest. In the evenings, you'll find the bedroom upstairs, offering its own TV beneath the rafters. Complimentary WiFi is provided as well. THINGS TO KNOW The washer/dryer is not for guest use.
