I was just passing through this time but the people in Arkansas are so friendly and welcoming. Sim's BBQ had been recommended by a local but because of the storms we were not able to try it. Hot Springs is pretty close, too, and has many nice trails for walkers right around the National Park which surrounds the town. And don't miss McClard's BBQ if in Hot Springs. Uber is a great way to get around if you don't have a car. Also not in LR, the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is exceptional (and free) if you are able to get to Bentonville.

We wouldnt stay here again due to the noise from the people upstairs. The staff didnt bother to ask the people to quiet down. We were up til midnight, when it finally got quiet. The road traffic is a bit loud also. The beds are more firm. Our backs were hurting. If you like firm beds and noise, this is your hotel. Little rock was probably the rudest place I have ever experienced. A certain group of people really made it terrible. The hotel was very beautiful and comfortable, rooms were great with the kitchen. My favorite part was the breakfast, it was absolutely amazing, I loved the waffle bar with the fruit and different syrups to go on top!!! We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying at this property again. Staff and management was very welcoming and accommodating!!!!
