Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. 1100 sq ft. This newly remodeled condo offers new kitchen appliances, TVs in both bedrooms and an 80" living room TV with surround sound speakers and Bluetooth. As a guest of the complex you have access to the shared swimming pool as well as the clubhouse that includes a lounge, exercise equipment and an infrared sauna. This gem is located 4 minutes from Pensacola Beach. Minimum stay of 7 days is required. The condominium association has specific rules and regulations for all guests and tenants while on the property (including contact info for each guest) and they monitor the grounds to make sure they're followed. The condominium complex is well-cared for with friendly residents. It is located adjacent to a small hardwood forest and 3-5 minutes from Pensacola Beach, popular restaurants, Starbucks, Publix grocery store and Walmart
