Inside this second story getaway, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar, a dining table for four for mealtimes, laptops, or rainy day games, and a comfortable, sunlit living area with a sectional sofa and a cable-equipped TV. Outside, take a seat on your private balcony and catch glimpses of both Little Lagoon (where you'll find a shared dock) and the Gulf of Mexico where you can enjoy deeded beach access to the beautiful white sands. You and your guests will also have access to a shared outdoor pool and charcoal grills for summertime cookouts.
