We traveled with a party of six and rented the one of the suites. The entire staff was amazing and so accommodating to all of our needs including the staff at front desk, kitchen staff and housekeeping. All of our requests were accommodated and everyone was very friendly.

    Sadly... In room 133 Phone didn't work when I called for missing TV remote. Turns out the picture didn't work either only the sound. BUT OTHER THAN THAT... 11pm-clerk was VERY nice friendly. Room was CLEAN and pleasant. Very happy with room and PRICE

    I was in a situation where I couldn't go somewhere else.

    I was in a situation where I couldn't go somewhere else. The office had a microwave but said it hadn't been working at that time. The tub drain was clogged with hair and slime. AC kept shorting out. It was absolutely the worst and I wish I could get some of my money refunded having to buy coffee at a restaurant and pay high price for food and blankets and towels and losing money in inoperable washer. What a horrible experience.

    First night my preg gf couldnt sleep cause people upstairs. No rooms downstairs to change too. 4th night switched rooms and by night killed two roaches in the room . I've stayed here before and this time ended up staying 5 days . Would like some kinda comp or something to ever return. I just booked 8 days this Monday because Ive heard no response or sorry from manager

    I felt like i was in china more than USA. Evrything out der in rowland heights had to do wid chinese ppl. Infact d supermarket also had all chinese nd korean stuffs.. really dissapointed with the locality. D only good thing was there is Dennys Diner. Dats it.
