This vacation townhouse offers 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living, dining, kitchen areas, enclosed porch and outside shower. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License # Things to Know Mallard Lakes charges a 150 dollars amenity fee for parking and pool, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests must go to the Mallard Lakes office to pay for it. Every other week during the year, the amenity fee is 100 dollars per week. No pets. Smoking is not allowed at the pools or in the unit.
