Welcome to the ultimate summer getaway spot! With a resort-like backyard, this home has been designed for the optimal entertainment experience. The kitchen and living room area is the perfect place to cook, dine and entertain, as the space opens out to the patio and pool area. The rear of the property features a guest house, swimming pool and spa, outdoor lounge area, cabana with firepit, sauna, day bed swing, outdoor shower. The house is located a great and safe neighborhood in the Westchester Area. It is perfectly centrally located to get to all places you may want to visit in Los Angeles. It is nearby LAX, Sofi Stadium, Marina Del Rey, Venice, Santa Monica, El Segundo, Hermosa Beach, and Manhattan Beach
I've traveled all over the world staying in many short term rental places with family and great friends. I've bought and designed this property to be a perfect place for families/friends to be able to spend time at the location socializing and enjoying their time at the property. The property is very functional to be able to socialize, cook, grill, play outdoor games, enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and firepit in the cabana.
The property is located in Westchester, a very nice quiet neighborhood and close to all of the fun LA has to offer. The rear of the property is entirely gated and walls extending 8 feet for complete privacy. The property is 6 minutes from the LAX Airport, 10 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes from Venice, 13 minutes from Santa Monica, and 10 minutes from the new LA Sofi Stadium for concerts/sports events. The street has open free parking. The house also has a long drive for parking and even gated parking controlled by keypad. Most popular location are close for taking uber/lyft or even driving to.
