The hotel is on the campus of UCLA, which was nice. It was far away from any of the touristic sites, but it was expected in LA. The facilities were good, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was helpful.

the staff. most hotel rooms fit the bill, but room-wise, the W West Bev is marvelous for the price. the HUGE difference is the quality of EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER we encountered. THEY know what real hospitality is. we are a couple of old gay men (68; 76) and after a less than marvelous RECEPTION/stay at a similar hilton property in portland, OR, JUST THREE WEEKS AGO, we both marveled at how delightful the people were at this W location, universally. one refused to take a well-deserved tip for exceptional service, but finally did on my strong insistance. to me, a beacon of the fine training EVERYONE here must get in making ALL guests, even geriatric gay guys, feel so wonderfully welcome. kudos from TOP to BOTTOM... ALL valet, bellman (DJ), the two front desk guys who made a short room-available time wait enjoyable when we arrived a little early... the glorious woman who delivered our take-out food from UBER EATS/Din Tai Fung... and declined a nice gratuity until i insisted... kudos all around, and we look forward to our next visit, even when it'll probably be UCLA Hospital-related... something to look forward to: the best thing a hotel can provide.

The room was beautiful and spacious. I looked forward to coming back to it each night. Staff is beyond helpful and friendly. And room was cleaned every day we got back. Also, location was central to everything we needed. Very close to UCLA campus. Will definitely stay here next time I visit LA.

Location is great, you can even walk 1 hour to Santa Monica Pier and take a public bus back for 1.20. Parking in the same building half full, laundry self-service 1,50 washing and 1,25 drying. Rooms are on the smaller size but enough. They come with bunk beds!!! or double bed: be careful what you book. Bunk beds would work good for families with kids but for a couple we had to ask for a switch to a double bed which Staff accommodated without hassle. Santa Monica street noise could be loud but we did not mind it. Would book again.

Location was really good, I always look for a place to run and there is a running path just beside the hotel. Felts so good to have a breakfats included.

The courtyard was beautiful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I loved the breakfast for the convenience and the many options. The parking is free as well.

Very nice, safe location. Rooms are comfortable and in Beverly Hills the rate is quite affordable. There are an abundance of diners in the area. Shopping on Rodeo is a few blocks away. It’s Beverly Hills.

Beautifully decorated and thoughtful touches throughout the stay! Freshly baked cookies were delicious and breakfast served in adorable picnic baskets!

This was our fourth stay at a Paligroup hotel, having stayed in San Francisco, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Santa Barbara, and finally Los Angeles. As expected, the experience at Palihotel Westwood Village was consistently wonderful. The hotel embodies a mix of mid-century modern with Parisian eclecticism, all set in a delightful historic building that was once home to Westwood Village’s first-ever hotel from 1939. It’s undoubtedly the most stylish, design-forward hotel in Westwood Village. It’s evident that Avi Brosh, the owner, oversees nearly every detail from development to operations and design. The attention to creating spaces that are both stylish and comfortable really enhances the guest experience.

This hotel overdelivered! Perfect location in LA, also in great and safe neighborhood. Spacious and newly renovated room. Free parking and breakfast included in price that is already reasonable!

The room is spacious and comfortable. The cleaning staff replenish supplements very quick. It is very nice to have washer and cleaner for long stay.

Everything! This will be our home away from home. The staff is excellent. food was great. Loved the fireplaces, the coffee and wine was such a nice touch. The atmosphere generates happiness. Customer service seems like a thing of the past but not here.

Street location was less than 5 miles from my job which was great.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham Santa Monica. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything we needed was available, and we really appreciated the quiet and peaceful environment. A special thank you to Manuel at the front desk. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to answer our questions with a big smile. His kindness and professional attitude made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!
