The backyard is a true paradise, boasting a large pool, spa (heatable for an additional fee), firepit, and an outdoor cabana with a grill and TV—perfect for entertainment and relaxation.
As you enter, you're welcomed by a central dining room with seating for eight, adorned with upscale coastal decor. To the right, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, wine refrigerator, pantry, and a kitchen table for four. A powder room is conveniently located nearby. Continuing to the right is a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa, TV, fireplace, and an office area with a desk and rolling chairs.
