You’ll love this sunny relaxing private apartment because of its unique character and its proximity to public transit, stores, ferry to SF, and bus to Oakland airport. This place is ideal for solo corporate rentals or business travelers. White linens and towels washed in disinfecting bleach.
I own a business in art, archaeology and architectural conservation. When I'm not on sites, I enjoy walking, biking and kayaking around charming Alameda. My favorite places have mountains and pine trees or at least someplace a cow could live. I support charities relating to my brother's special needs and often take him to his favorite place... McDonald's! Please contact me and I'll be happy to help!
This is a quiet island residential area, close to parks, and the marina. Easy walks by the marina, bicycle lanes, sidewalks. Groceries nearby. Corner stores two blocks away. Easy access to everything. Trader Joe's and more shops on the island at South Shore Center. Very walkable and great for bikes. Very easy street parking. Short bus, cab or Uber/Lyft to and from Oakland Airport. Ferry, bus or BART (rapid transit) to Oakland, Berkeley, San Francisco.
