Welcome to Prism By The Cohost Company ~ a once-in-a-lifetime Joshua Tree desert experience. Drive up to the top of the hill to the home nestled in-between the boulders. Explore nature within your own backyard with starry night skies, personal hiking trails, desert views and the surrounding wildlife. Dip into the above-ground pool, soak in the hot tub and cozy up next to a firepit.

IMPORTANT: You’ll be traveling down a dirt road to get to this property, so be mindful of this when preparing for your trip. Please remember sound and light pollution travels further in the desert. Quiet hours start at 9pm to 7am. DRONES - Fly at your own risk and be mindful of the airspace you are flying in. there are sensitive neighbors that do not take well to drones (they will shoot them down!). * Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a 500 USD fine for guests. * Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a 100 USD fee.
