Nice quiet spot. Close to transportation & the beach. Clean room with cooking facilities and a full size refrigerator. We were able to save money not having to go out for every meal. The bathroom was huge. Stefano keeps beach accessories, body boards and snorkeling equipment for guests I highly recommend Puu Koa Palms to anyone thinking about visiting Maui.

Cozy, comfy, and affordable. It almost felt a little too much like home and not enough like a vacation :-) Somewhat central location that puts pretty much all of Maui within decent driving time/distance. Nice location for less beachy activities, but not too far from some beaches, although Kihei and Lahaina are a decent drive. Close to Paia which is an awesome little town, and close to Ho'okipa, which is great for surfing and sea turtles that come to rest on the beach (not sure about snorkeling). Also closer to Hana than many other places you might stay. Tasty food trucks to the east and west, and lots of dining in and around Paia, and quite close to Mama's Fish House, which is delish (make reservations 3-6 months in advance, or show up late and ask if there's space at the bar like we did). Medium sized fridge. Airport, Costco and other big-box stores are only 25 minutes away. Owner was responsive to questions.

Stephano and his wife were amazing !! They will be apart of my lifelong memories on a trip to Maui I won’t forget! I was having a bad start to my trip due to popped tire and spare tire also popping ! Stephano and his wife were kind enough to lend me their personal vehicle (mind you they never met me) They really saved my trip from becoming a nightmare! I can’t thank them enough !

Everything, the location was great, the property and everything inside was quiet and well maintained. The people around us were very respectful as well. It was very accessible to have a kitchen, table, and parking. Even garbage and recycling were very accessible and organized.

The apartment was everything as advertised. Due to my fault there were no sheets for the pull out couch. I sent Stefano a text and within 2 hours -while we were out- the sheets, blanket and pillows were made up on the bed!!! The unit was on the second floor with a deck- quiet place for coffee in the morning and ice cream at night. I read a review where someone thought the apartment was hard to find. It is easy to find unless you are directionally challenged. Laundry machines were available- that was a + for us. You can't beat the price for staying here. It is close to the airport, the road to Hana and Haleakala Natl Park. Karen & Loraine stayed 9/29-10/2- 2022
