Located in the heart of downtown, this 4BR/4.5BA townhome features modern furnishings, a chef’s kitchen, and plenty of space for your group to spread out. The slopes and hiking trails of Winter Park are just 10 minutes away. After a fun-filled day on the mountain, relax in the private hot tub. An array of shops and delicious restaurants are within walking distance. LIVING AREA High ceilings and a plethora of windows flood the spacious living area with natural light. Cozy up on two couches and enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace. A 60” flat-screen TV sets the scene for movie nights. KITCHEN & DINING The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances -- including a Viking gas range and oven. A large wooden island seats eight and provides ample meal preparation space. When it’s time to eat, a dining table seats six, and the breakfast nook seats four. BEDROOMS & BATHS This four-story home sleeps up to 10 guests in four bedrooms. Take in mountain views from the privacy of the master bedroom, appointed with a king bed, 35” TV, and a cozy reading nook. An en-suite bathroom provides a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a bathtub. The guest bedroom on the lower level is outfitted with two twin-over-queen bunk beds. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-over-queen bunk bed, while the fourth guest room offers a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located in the hallway. A half bath next to the kitchen provides added convenience. OUTDOOR AREA Fire up the gas grill on the balcony and host an afternoon cookout. Enjoy a refreshing beverage at the bistro table for two. A spiral staircase leads down to the hot tub, where relaxation awaits after an exhilarating day on the slopes.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
