The staff was amazing, welcoming and so nice. The room was so much more then I expected. The beds were so comfortable and plenty of room for my family of 6. The room had its own kitchen with all the amenities. The pool was amazing even in February when the outside temperature was only 69 degrees the pool was heated to 85 degrees and my kids loved it. And breakfast was AMAZING my entire family side this was the best breakfast of any hotel we ever stayed at and I couldn't agree more. Thank you for such a clean beautiful well maintained property. If we are ever lucky enough to come back to Las Vegas we will definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for making our stay amazing. P.s. we were there for the Pro Bowl February 5-7 2022

    We have a pet fee of $150 plus tax.

  • Do you offer airport shuttle to hotel and back? Do you have shuttle service to the strip, if so where to? Respectfully
    We have a shuttle to and from the airport from 7am - 10:30pm by request only. We will also do drop offs and pick up to and from Mandalay Bay and Town Square every hour by request only. Airport transportation is our priority.

  • How far is it casino and do you do free shuttle from hotel and back to hotel
    The hotel is 4 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. We do go to Mandalay Bay by request at the front desk. Shuttle times are 7am-10:30pm. Airport runs are our priority and due to traffic and events we do sometimes have to postpone runs to Mandalay Bay.
