The breakfast was outstanding and hearty. Eggs and sausage for meat eaters and oatmeal (with a variety of toppings like nuts, cranberries and brown sugar) and fruit for vegans as well as waffles and yogurt. Peanut butter and jelly for the toast. Too many items to list but they definitely go above and beyond. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly.

I don't know why this motel has so many bad reviews, because I really enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean, staff was accommodating, and while it's located near the highway, you can easily walk your way to downtown.

It was great until I seen some bed bugs on the bed which were hard to miss because the comforters were all white. But as soon as I reported it they moved me to another room and I thought everything was fine so I went ahead and paid for another day. But the hotel manager came and knocked on my door personally to tell me that I had to leave the next day. She said that I was lying about the bed bugs that she went and checked herself but overall it just destroyed my peace. I didn't bring the damn bed bugs with me it wasn't my fault you had the damn bed bugs in your f****** motel.. but I was put out with my dog and 110° weather unexpectedly because I reported a problem that they were obligated and failed to take care of..
They won't even respond to my request for a refund for just one of the nights.. I mean I spent over $500 there just on that stay.. it's just a damn shame what these motels are turning out to be these days.

The Breakfast was great, but our bedding had what looked like old blood stains. We told the girl at the front desk at check out and all she said was I will let housekeeping know. I guess the hotel is not big on customer service and satisfaction. for a 150.00 for one night i expected a lot more from Hilton.

Everything was great about Tucson which surpassed my expectations. The stay at Westward look was even better than I thought it would be and more beautiful than the pictures online. My visits to Sabino Canyon and Catalina State Park were amazing as well as the beauty of Saguaro National Park. The food was wonderful and we dined in nice outdoor locations including the restaurant at Tohona Chul Gardens. This trip at 4-5 days was too short as there were many more parks and monuments that I wanted to see. Don't hesitate to plan a trip to Tucson outside the hotter months from October through April or even later. Have fun!!

If I get treated right, I will have a positive opinion. If I dont get my 100 cash back, that is another story then isn't it? Did you disclose the $100 cash deposit on your site? Did they let me leave knowing they still had my deposit? Probably so, huh?

Beautiful landscape and great options for food while visiting. Enjoyed my stay immensely. Try the original Guadalajara Grill on 1st. Authentic food salsa and guacamole mDe at your table AND LIVE MUSIC. Nothing could be better for your stay.
Breakfast was excellent although not included in the base hotel price. We stayed in the older part of the resort in a room featuring 1920s Spanish architecture and furnishings which we liked a lot but maybe other guests would not. Dinner was also excellent but did require reservations.. Made use of their warm water pool even though temperatures were in the 60s and low 70s. The grounds were lovely rife with the local vegetation including the giant Surgaro cactus.
The staff was generally friendly and helpful.
Good comfort (spacious room, big bed king size), well equipped. Kind and helpful staff. Very Good location (near to Downtown (pay attention to current detours due to important Roadworks) . Outsourced Breakfast with neighbour restaurant (standard incl = 5,$ value). We were afraid of this formula which has disappointed us in a previous hotel visited but this time, it was fully enough and moreover, the personal was very kind!!
Our fourth visit to Tucson and our first to the Casino del Sol Resort. This is a real gem. Free valet parking-always a bonus. Good size room with great views of the manicured golf course, desert and distant mountains. Located a short drive from downtown Tucson with its great shopping and restaurants. The property is well maintained. The pool area and surrounding landscaping is clean and managed to a high standard.
Breakfast is very basic but healthy items available were apples, milk, yogurt and plain original Quaker oatmeal. Hotel room was very clean. Staff very helpful.
Location is within 15 minute walk of El Con shopping mall and on the same road as Tucson Botanical Gardens a few minutes drive north. Italian Restaurant next door has a large outdoor garden dining space that includes a Bocce ball court.
EXCELLENT HIGH SPEED WIFI! I had to work online and the wifi is the best at any hotel in Tucson! The rooms are newly renovated and very comfortable. The parking lot is very brightly lit at night, and very secure. The pool was cute and tidy.
Very nice place huge hall for the Christmas event my husbands company was having, hotel was very nice and comfortable, loved that the casino was downtown
wish waitress would not have been so rude in the casino
Otherwise amazing time
Everything was amazing, such a beautiful place, staff was great and it was so peaceful. All you can eat breakfast was great,so much food. Hotel grounds and pool and spa were great, pool was a little cold but it also wasn't 118 in Tucson.
This hotel is quirky and charming. I am a fan of design--there is great attention to detail here, and what a great thing it is to stay in an independently owned hotel that really cares about what they are doing.
This property is sort of a cross between an Airbnb and a bed & breakfast minus the breakfast. The rooms are themed, stayed in the Persian room. The hotel is walking distance to downtown Tucson
Nice breakfast, pool, and staff and liked the location near downtown and the Santa Rita walking trail for my morning walks. I'm sure this is a great hotel during the gem and mineral show!
The Tuxon is a nice place to stay. Clean, comfortable, and secure. Able to purchase food and drinks on-site which is convenient. Less expensive than most of the downtown hotels.
Great vintage ambience, staff was attentive and friendly......price was very reasonable for a downtown hotel. Restaurant and bar...food and drinks were excellent!
Great downtown location with easy access to interstate, Tucson Convention Center, local tram, & Fox Theatre. Appreciate the many updates to facilities.
