Rent a large, beautiful lake house with its own lake and nature sanctuary. Brand new with 4 bedrooms (incl. loft), 2 baths, kitchen, living room, handmade Amish woodwork. Sleeps 10 comfortably (14 w/air mattresses). Eco-friendly solar panels and geothermal HVAC, your own wildlife refuge and 1-mile path around Silver Lake in New Berlin. Includes a large yard, row boat, paddle board, sports equipment, fire pit, basketball court.
Dad with wonderful wife and beautiful daughter. We've purchased a lake house in Upstate New York that has been an Airbnb since 2016—just after it was built—and we love sharing the house and the lake with others. We've had Superhost status for almost the entire time and we love traveling and staying at other Airbnbs, which we treat like our own. We have terrific neighbors nearby if needed.
It's very quiet. There are other cabins that have legal, deeded access to the lake, and a neighborhood behind them. There is a driveway ;basketball court but no public transportation. We are pretty off-the-grid. Eco-modern solar panels and geothermal for heat and AC with Wifi.
