this is a 4 bedroom single family house with 2 and a half baths very clean and comfortable combining traditional and contemporary blends of furniture . 2 living rooms a deck and yard in the back for kids to have a splash a 6 person dinning section and very well decorated. this is a very safe neighborhood come and have a good time rest and refresh. the basement is not part of this listing. the caretaker lives in basement and does not share any area with guests. the Premise is monitor by camera outside of the Airbnb facility( 1: the ring doorbell, 2: front of the garage , 3: side of the house going to the basement) for your security and neighborhoods.
i am an optimistic woman who is full of mirth and will be happy to welcome you to rest in and enjoy my property. i love music and African dance cooking and movies. please you will love this beautiful home come and be my special guest.
this is one of the safest areas of prince Georges county in Maryland this is an upper middle class neighborhood with most people working and there is public transportation to Washington DC where guests can enjoy all the splendor of the federal capital with its monuments and historical sites restaurants etc Greenbelt and new carrolton metro stations are minutes away and Greenway shopping center is walking distance from this property. Nasa facilities are close by and university of Maryland with a public park for leisure.
