The front desk manager her behavior was not good towards me even her other colleagues knows that I told them why your front desk manager treating and her behavior is not acceptable to me. As you all know that I stay in Hilton hotels most the time for ten days more than any of your guests. I want you to look after this matter. I don’t want me or my friends put ratting or review of Hilton on Google in negative way
Check in was complicated and took over an hour as the staff struggled to process my reservation with booking.com. In addition, the wi-fi / internet access was down the entire time and the cable tv would glitch and go in and out of reception.
Anyone coming to this location needs to carefully assess their needs and ask for complete transparency from the host. The location we stayed in had plenty of amenities and options for public transport. It is a busy, multi-ethnic neighborhood. You'll need to ensure that wherever you stay is full outfitted, quiet and secured.
Nice place to experience ethnic restaurants, and commute on metro to sites in Washington DC. We enjoy visiting our grandchildren, and taking them to various museums and Sweet Frog, as well as a crepe place operated by Ethiopian immigrants. Great selection of Ethiopian, and Asian restaurants.
It was filthy. Roaches were crawling everywhere. People outside were shouting. I've never been to a Days Inn like this one. It needs to be removed from Booking.com as it is not a fit place for most travelers to stay. We did not stay. At least our money was refunded. I'm not sure what has happened because 9 years ago this motel was just fine.
The location was great we were able to shop, eat and relax because of the location of the property. We ate at Red Lobster, Panera Bread, shopped at Whole Foods, had ice cream at Ben & Jerrys. Shopped at the flea market on Sunday sat in the plaza. Shopped in the various malls. We were able to go to the Arcade which was enjoyable for my 10 year old grandson.
Breakfast was fine and well balanced, although its daily sameness had become rather boring over the course of a 2-week stay. Location next to the beltway was also convenient to reach the people and places we had come to visit. Most positive was the friendliness and helpfulness of the housekeeping staff, despite the limits on cleaning services now introduced by most hotels. The room itself was comfortable, and the in-room refrigerator, microwave, and utensils were lifesavers under the circumstances (see below).
I love this hotel, esp. the workout facilities. But they've been renovating FORever, so still a mess inside. But nice staff and helpful longtime security person. I've stayed here for years and will continue to go there, just can't wait for the renovations to finish.
The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning was the best of all the hotels I have stayed in. Thats a big plus for me. The breakfast was ok but the sausage links were very spicy with the egg omelets gummy .
The hotel was in a good spot that wasn’t too close or far away from the main downtown Silver Spring area. The beds were also good quality and there were a decent hunger of TV stations.
I didn’t use breakfast service. The location is great the room is very good clean comfortable I will definitely use this hotel in the future
The room and service was great. Hotel very responsive too.
