Howdy, y’all! My name is David.... and I’m happy to be your host for our Stockyards Ranch House, Gable House, Cowboy Cottage, and Cowboy Shack! (and 2 other Stockyards houses currently under renovation….coming online in about 4 months) We also have A charming three bedroom, two bath house in Grapevine‘s historic district! I’m a custom home builder, doing fix ‘n holds as well. Renovations were recently completed on all of our properties, and we are ready to entertain with cowboy themed finish outs I’m a big country music fan myself, and love the Stockyards! I spend half a dozen nights at these houses, before hosting guests, just to make sure everything is good to go! And I continue to stay at these properties, periodically. I’ve walked to Billy Bob’s, Exchange Avenue, Mule Alley, and Attico rooftop Bar and Grill restaurant….all just several blocks away. It’s a safe, well lit & quiet walk.... from most of our properties….about 5-15 minutes, to the heart of the Stockyards.
