The living room has a couch that folds down into a queen bed. Cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen. It has everything you need including new stainless steel appliances, toaster oven with an air fryer, rice cooker, Ninja blender, as well as a Keurig and French press for your morning coffee. Enjoy your meals at the sleek white resin dining table that seats 4 in the dining area. Have a seat at the counter bar seating or outside on the large lanai (patio). Patios are a rare find downtown and these large sliding doors open up to spacious lanai with a table for 4 and lounge seating if you decide you want to people watch, do yoga or enjoy some fresh air. There is a split AC in the main living area and in the bedroom for your comfort. Dive into the new and dreamy medium firm pillow top King bed in the spacious bedroom. Relax in the ensuite restroom jacuzzi tub and comfortably work remotely at the designated desk and work space. Unwind at night with a favorite show on the large 55” Smart TV. There is a large closet so you can fully unpack and feel at home. In the bedroom closet is an additional foldable twin bed cot with a foldable foam mattresses to put on top. As well as a queen size air mattress with all the extra bedding and pillows. You can set them up in the living room or bedroom. We also have a pack and play if you are traveling with an infant or toddler. The living room has a beautiful futon couch that folds down into a queen size bed. This condo is in downtown Honolulu in the Executive Center. This is the food hub of the island with many great restaurants, pubs and clubs to choose from, walking distance from the condo. There is a Ross in the same building and Walmart across the street. Visit the Lolani Palace, or Aloha Towers. Take a quick 10 min drive or bus to Ala Moana Beach Park or 15 min. drive to Waikiki. The airport is only 15 min. drive from the condo. and the location is central.
