Brand new hotel with spacious rooms, modern furnishings, and extremely comfortable beds. Some rooms offer breathtaking, uninterrupted ocean views. The hotel is just minutes away from a stunning beach and directly across from the island's largest shopping mall. Additionally, the hotel personnel are very attentive and provide excellent service. While the streets nearby can be noisy during the day, the traffic quietens by evening, which is generally not an issue as you'll likely spend most of the day exploring. Book this hotel!

Love the fact that this hotel has a bridge that connects to Ala Moana mall which I only found out on my last day in Hawaii. The restrooms are clean! The hotel lobby is bright and spacious. Love that the fact they have Starbucks on the first floor and a convenient store right next door. The side rooftop has a gorgeous view during sunset. My favorite part about this hotel has to be hotel gym and hotel gyms are not my favorite but this one has the necessities. Everything surrounding Ala Moana is within walking distance. All you need is Ala Moana mall, Don Quixote, and the beach.

The buffet was very good with a great variety of food—one of the best breakfasts we had. The balcony view was very nice. The location is close to the mall, but you do need to drive to get to the center.

Prepare yourself to be shopped out!! A great shopping Mall with hundreds of various shops to choose from. Great Food Hall and beautiful grounds in and around the Mall. Easy access and shuttles run from all locations within Honolulu. Alternatively, you can walk from Waikiki to Ala Moana.

Stayed at the hotel which has it's own synagogue attached at least when we were there. Great central development perfect for first time visitors and useful for tourist town based activities and shopping.

Great location with the walking bridge to Ala Moana Center. All staff were friendly and efficient. During the hurricane situation while we stayed, we witnessed manager, kitchen personnel, and servers working together in the restaurant for breakfast. Only on elevator worked due to the power outage. We saw security person and management person assisting guests to use only one working elevator. Obviously they are well trained for emergency situations like this. Very organized and hands on!

It was in a great location for our family as we were there to explore and my grandchildren were in a basketball tournament at the Hawaii Convention Center so it was very convenient for us. And close to location of many different food selections with the Ala Moana Center being walking distance.

Location is great, right next to Magic Island. We appreciated it's a bit away from the major touristy area. The Ala Moana Center Mall is a 5 minute walk away with lots of shops and places to eat quickly. The pool area was large with great amenities. Everything was clean and our view was fantastic.
