OPEN AIR HOMES HOUSE RULES
-Minimum Age of Primary Renter: 25 years old
-By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement.
-You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
-For stays under 30 days, there is a nonrefundable fee of $150 per pet. For 30+ stays, there is a nonrefundable fee of $300 per pet. Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.
-Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
-For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
-All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleanings by our professional housekeeping team. Payment will be requested after booking confirmation.
-Additional fees are required for pool/spa heat if applicable, please reach out to Reservations for more details.
-Please note that this is a nonsmoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
