Company info

We are childhood friends and business partners. We are originally from Canton, Ohio and now reside in the Cleveland area. We both graduated from The Ohio State University and started hosting on Airbnb in 2013. We started Cleveland House Hotels, which is a short term vacation property company in 2015. We have a full time cleaning staff and maintenance person on hand to take care of any issues. Niko (Nick) has been in the hospitality business for many years, having worked in hotels and restaurants. He owns a small diner in Old Brooklyn called Gus's Family Restaurant. He is married and has two children. In addition to cooking and owning a restaurant, Niko is the co-founder and COO of Cleveland House Hotels. Billy is a co-founder and CEO of Cleveland House Hotels. Billy is a successful real estate investor and has been in the sales business for over 15 years. He loves traveling and spending time with his son, William.
