The fine print
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to checkin and must be staying at the property. The Rookery offers onsite parking for up 2 vehicles and parking passes are required. One pass is automatically added to the booking for a fee. If you need to purchase a 2nd pass, you will need to contact our office at least 48 hours prior to arrival and arrange a payment method. Parking passes are placed in the unit on the kitchen counter prior to guest arrival. There is designated boat/ trailer parking available, however they are only allowed in the designated area and need to have contact info visible in case they need to be moved.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
