Private deeded beach access is across the street, directly in front of the property. The home is located in East 15 Cottages, a quiet community in the heart of Gulf Shores. It is made up of only 15 cottages that share an outdoor pool (not heated). Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom Luxury vinyl wood plank flooring is throughout the home The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats two and there are three bar stools for additional seating. A full-size washer and dryer are inside the home The living area has a sofa sleeper The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and access to the balcony The second bedroom has a king-size bed The third bedroom has a queen-size bed The fourth bedroom, located on the 1st level, has two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.
